How this website and the information shared through it are used.

Purpose of this website
The official BHS Parents Association website shares updates, announcements, and initiatives and provides a communication channel between the Association and parents or guardians of Broummana High School students.
Information we collect
Online forms may collect a parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, family BHS ID, and student names and grades. You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and provided with appropriate consent.
Event information
Event forms may request your name, email, phone, and additional numeric or text information identified on the form. Provide accurate information and submit another person’s details only with appropriate authorization. Submissions are used to administer the relevant event and communicate about it. Authorized PA staff, including administrators, may view individual submissions; they must not use contact details for unrelated marketing, personal purposes, or unauthorized sharing. For the same event, a matching email may update an existing record; when no email is supplied, a matching phone may be used instead. Blank optional fields do not erase existing values.
How information is used
Information is used only for the Association’s mission, including updates and newsletters, invitations, requests for feedback or participation, and responses to parent inquiries. It is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Privacy and security
Information is stored securely, accessed only by authorized Association representatives, and is not sold or distributed to third parties. We apply reasonable safeguards and ethical data-protection practices in line with Lebanese regulations.
Cookies and analytics
Basic cookies or privacy-conscious analytics may be used to understand general visitor activity and improve the website experience.
Your choices
Event forms explain the purpose of collection and display a consent checkbox when requested for that event. See our Privacy Policy for event data handling, retention, and requests. Newsletter subscription uses its own consent checkbox. You may request an update or removal at any time by emailing weserve@bhs-pa.com.

Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. The Association is not responsible for third-party content or for direct or indirect loss arising from use of this website.
